Sovan Banerjee

I was born and brought up in Kolkata, a city of West Bengal, India also known as a “City of Joy”.

My research interests include "synthesis of tailor-made functional polymers, especially ionic polymers by the reversible deactivation radical polymerization (RDRP) and their versatile applications such as in drug delivery, wound healing, designing of antifouling surfaces, smart superhydrophobic surface, antimicrobial surface, thermoresponsive surface, antifogging surface, thermochromic and fluorescence active surface coating etc."

My hobbies include painting, photography, reading science fiction and detective books, travelling, and cooking.
